DIE CUTTING MACHINE

WINDOW-PATCHING MACHINE

For products requiring transparent windows, our window-patching machine integrates clear, food-safe materials seamlessly into the packaging, providing visibility without compromising safety or quality.
FORMING
In this stage, the cut and printed materials are formed into their final shapes. Our forming process ensures that each product is structurally functional and ready for use.
QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY
Finally, every batch undergoes rigorous testing in our quality control laboratory. Here, we meticulously inspect our products for any defects, ensuring they meet our high standards for safety, durability, and performance before they reach our customers.
STUFFING
The last, finished products are carefully placed into their designated packaging materials. This step involves accurately counting, inspecting, and arranging items to ensure product integrity and prevent damage during transportation.
